Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling cash transactions, and assisting with various store operations.

Duties:

- Greet customers and provide assistance with their inquiries or concerns

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system

- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments

- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

- Assist customers with product selection and provide product information

- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer's shopping experience

- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations

Experience:

- Previous experience in customer service or cash handling is preferred but not required

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
